As we are entering the last three months of 2020, and we all feel like we’ve been warped into a world unknown, trying to hold on and not succumb to the stress and fears that surround us, I dig deep into how I can provide support and strength for any of you that need it.

This week I wanted to focus on my top bundle of supplements that will provide the mental stability to give you that strength and courage to put “One Foot In Front Of Another” and be your best self. Some days it feels impossible and some days you almost feel like you can do it. I have faith that we all can do what we are called to do as long as we are acting out of love. With that being said, I know that you have to have a Physical Foundation in order to have Mental Stability and courage to be your best self.

Introducing the Mental Wellbeing Bundle

I have put together my Mental Wellbeing Bundle to help boost motivation, combat fatigue often experienced by depression, help fight anxiety, and support mental, physical and spiritual balance.

The Mental Wellbeing Bundle is a Combination of 4-5 supplements that will boost the immune system, relax the mind, heal the gut, improve serotonin and dopamine and GABA, cut your sugar cravings, stabilize the blood sugar, and give you the strength to put one foot in front of the other! It includes Accelerated Scalar Silver, Accelerated Gold, Ion Gut Health, Acceleradine, and Accelerated Keto (optional).

Here is little more information about each supplement in the Mental Wellbeing Bundle and how they help support your Mental (and Physical) Wellbeing.

1. Accelerated Scalar Silver

Part of the fear we are experiencing is the fear of the virus. Accelerated Scalar Silver is the number one recommendation to “devitalize” the virus, as it goes beyond any other silver supplement with bio- informational codes to boost the immune system more efficiently.

2. Accelerated Gold

Gold has been known for thousands of years to improve mood, help with anxiety and depression, increase IQ, and even improve spiritual connection. Accelerated Gold takes it one step further through its scalar technology which imprints it with bio- informational codes to further help with anxiety and depression. It is alkaline whereas most gold solutions are acidic.

3. Acceleradine Iodine

Iodine deficiency is known to be the number one predictor of depression and brain fog. Acceleradine iodine is able to detox the brain of toxins like fluoride and helps you become more in touch with your higher self. Furthermore, it improves your metabolism and thyroid health so that you have the physical and mental energy to face what you are confronted with on a daily basis.

4. Ion*Gut Health

Without an intact gut lining, the body is not able to produce the happy hormones. This is the cause of most anxiety and depression. ION* Gut Health (formerly RESTORE) is able to go into the gut and heal the tight junctions which are characteristic of leaky gut. As the gut lining is healed, hormones such as serotonin, GABA, and dopamine are able to be produced at the normal level.

5. Accelerated Keto

Getting into Ketosis is easy with the help of Accelerated Keto capsules. One serving of Accelerated Keto will put you into ketosis or fat burning mode within 30 minutes and stabilize your blood sugar as a result. As your blood sugar is stabilized, your appetite is suppressed, your cravings for sugar and alcohol subside and you are able to feed your body the proper nutrients to get you back on track. Furthermore, it will start burning the fat on your body for fuel, which provides it an endless supply of physical and mental energy. As a result, you will have a stable energy supply all day long with suppressed cravings for processed foods.

In addition to the above supplements I’ve personally tried and tested, here are five activities I recommend to support optimal physical and mental wellbeing.

Activities to Support Your Mental Health

1. Exercise

Across the board, all types of physicians and experts have touted for years that exercise is one of the best ways to improve mood. It naturally increases your endorphins, or your “feel good hormones.” I recommend two sessions of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) a week, along with a few sessions of endurance and weight training. If nothing else, go for a walk, and you will still gain benefits.

2. Gratitude Journaling

Even with all we’ve been through this year, there have been many silver linings! Focus on those silver linings on a daily basis and start writing down at least three to five things you are grateful for. Don’t write down the same things everyday, but try to search for new things to focus on every time you sit down to write.

3. Prayer and Manifestation

Whether you believe in God or the ways of the universe, prayer and focusing on what you imagine and hope for is more powerful than any supplements. Wake up and imagine your day as you want it to go before you get out of bed. Act as if it has already happened and be grateful for it. You will be shocked at how your day will change for the positive when you do this.

4. Intermittent Fasting

By squeezing your mealtimes into a 6-8 hour period, you are giving your gut a chance to heal, reduce the inflammation in the brain and body, and start producing the serotonin, dopamine, and GABA hormones that are needed for strong mental health. When you eat food, your blood supply is focused on digestion, taking away brain energy.

5. Cutting Out Sugar and Carbs

As you cut out the sugar and carbs, and filling up on the proteins and veggies. As you cut out these foods, the inflammation in the gut decreases, nutrients you are taking in are absorbed more efficiently, and your blood sugar is stabilized. Most anxiety and depression are caused by insulin resistance and a blood sugar that is going up and down like a roller coaster.
